    • Navigate to the settings area of your project in AECInspire.

    • Find and select the "Sheet Annotation Tag Settings" option to manage how labels are displayed on project sheets.

Step 2: Review Current Tags

  1. Examine Existing Tags
    • Review the current labels used for different categories such as in-wall assemblies, lighting fixtures, J boxes, hangers, strut supports, and equipment.
    • Understand their formatting and the reasons or values associated with each tag.

Step 3: Initiate Customization

  1. Switch to Custom Settings
    • Change from the default tag settings to custom to enable personalization of tags.
  2. Choose Parameters
    • Select specific parameters you want to display on the tags from the dropdown menus available for each object type.
    • Parameters can include height, install time, or any other aspect of the assembly.

Step 4: Apply Changes

  1. Save Adjustments
    • After setting up the labels as desired, save the changes.
  2. Verify Updates
    • Ensure that all labels across project sheets reflect the new settings and show the correct information.

Step 5: Advanced Customization (Optional)

  1. Add Detailed Information
    • Include specific hardware details, such as mud ring types, directly in the labels for quick reference during project execution.
    • For example, update the label to show the code for different types of mud rings used in in-wall assemblies.
  2. Save and Review
    • After adding detailed labels, save the changes again.
    • Review the project sheets to confirm that the labels appear as intended and accurately display the new information.
