- Navigate to Project Folder:
- Go to your project dashboard.
- Click on the project you wish to manage.
- Manage Files:
- Click on 'File Management' to see options for managing your project files.
- Create New Folders:
- Select 'Create Folder'.
- Enter a name for the folder, e.g., "Floor Plans".
- Assign a trade category to the folder if applicable.
- Upload Files:
- Click 'Upload File' to add new files to the folder.
- You can either browse for files on your computer or drag and drop files directly into the interface.
- Enter Version Tags:
- As files are uploaded, you can add version tags to each file to track different stages or revisions.
- Fill in the tag field with the appropriate description or leave it as default to let Inspire manage it.
- Process Files:
- Allow Inspire to process the uploaded files, which includes extracting names and numbers from the sheet names or file metadata.
