  1. Open Inspired Query from your project.

  2. Locate the prompt you want to share.

  3. Click the Share icon.

  4. Choose your audience (project team).

  5. Confirm to publish the prompt.

  6. Access shared prompts via the Shared with Me section.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Why this matters: All prompt creation, saving, and sharing happens here.

Why this matters: This enables visibility beyond just your account.

Tip: Hover over icons to see tooltips if you’re unsure which one is Share.

Step 4 — Choose Your Sharing Audience

Where to look: Share dialog → Audience dropdown
What to do: Select whether you want to share with Organization or Project Team.
Inputs / Options:

  • Organization: Available to all licensed users at your company.

  • Project Team: Limited to the users on the active project.
Why this matters: Ensures prompts are shared with the right group.

Step 5 — Confirm and Publish

Where to look: Share dialog → Confirm button
What to do: Click Confirm to publish the shared prompt.
Outputs: Prompt is now visible to selected users.

Step 6 — Access Shared Prompts

Where to look: Inspired Query → Shared with Me
What to do: Navigate to the new Shared with Me section. Review prompts that have been shared by your team.
Why this matters: Centralizes reusable prompts across multiple projects.

Note: Shared prompts can be reused directly or added to your personal prompt list.
